● Brief introduction：
The IV solution fully-automatic inspection machine new developed by Chinasun mainly used for automatic inspection of visible eyewinker in IV solution in pharmaceutical industry to eliminate the instability of the manual inspection. This machine is applicable to glass bottle and plastic bottle IV solution products. Its working principle is the use of imaging contrast processing system to identify qualified and un qualified products and automatically reject unqualified products.
The machine use pressure to press and hold the bottle and drive the bottle rotate high-speed together with eyewinker. When bottle stop rotating liquid continue rotate under inertia. Industrial camera take photos of eyewinker’s trajectory and process with imaging processing system to
inspection.
